For each client, the production of images for their website or social media is a unique process. In some cases PR agencies, graphic designers, or website development teams are involved. In some cases, the client is wanting to supplement their own images with professional images. For others, the starting point is a blank canvas and the client relies on me to contribute to the development of the conceptual ideas rather than respond to a prepared client brief. Some clients have a very hands off approach and entrust Dragon Papillon to manage all of the logistics.
Although the starting point and the manner by which the photoshoot happens is different in every case, at a fundamental level, clients all expect the same outcome - a library of images that are authentic, reflect the nature of their business and promote the business's products or services in the best possible way within budget and on time.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
- During the COVID-19 pandemic, our work practices will strictly abide by the social distancing and other guidelines that may be in place at the time of your scheduled photoshoot.
- Dragon Papillon Photography is an ABN registered business with public liability insurance.
- For photoshoots that involve children, I have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- For all photography bookings, an upfront booking fee (included in the total package price) is required to secure my services and is non-refundable, except in the unlikely event I am unable to perform the services to be provided or find an alternative photographer for you, or there are changes to COVID-19 social restrictions which prevent the photoshoot from happening at the scheduled time. The Booking Fee is not refunded in the event of a cancellation by the client.
